Talk to her. Make her laugh. Don't be creepy about being around her, but if she can be comfortable around you you'll have no problem.

well.. ive noticed that alot of people hook up at like clubs and bars. Even the internet!.. go to people in your home town talk to them for a while than go out on a date.





If you want to talk to a girl in public like some where at a store or a buddies friend. just go up to them and say '; hey my name is ...'; and say a little joke or some th ing. i love funny guys . play it cool ,and dont be a jurk tho-.





Act as tho you have some interest in them, dont be a man , man as in being a a** hole, talking like those rude men..lol ive been around so many weirdos dont mind me.

umm just go up to her and ask her out. veary calmly though.
don't be a dick who is obbsessed with hooking up...that might work.
